         
FreebiesThis new section has been created so that I can offer some backgrounds and frames that everyone is free to use for their own portrait making endeavors. I have made a few to start and I will make more when I have some free time. I will include both of the standard sizes I use for my portraits. They will all be in PNG (24 bit) form, I am certain that most image editors support this file type and it allows me to keep the frame centers transparent and the colors to stay crisp.I am not very familiar with the Paint program but I am fairly certain there will be no easy way to recolor these images if you only use Paint. I am 100% certain that if you use GIMP you can easily recolor these images using the various color adjusters available in the program. The same goes for Photoshop and PhotoPlus. All the backgrounds and frames offered on this page are completely free for anyone to use, the only restriction is that I do not want them to be sold. That means if you make portraits for people, these can be used as long as you offer the portraits for free. I do not want people to make a profit off of something I am offering for free.
